Team Member: Kyle Thayer

Kyle joined UPCI Youth Ministries in 2024 as the Director of Promotions. Kyle previously served as the Michigan District Youth President. Michigan District Youth’s involvement, impact, and Move the Mission offerings have grown under his leadership.

He served on the Michigan District Youth Team and at Saginaw Valley UPC for over a decade. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration. Kyle also founded and has been running his own marketing company for six years.

Kyle met his wife Janessa at the Michigan campgrounds and they have been married for almost ten years. They are blessed with an energetic, vibrant daughter, Arianna Thayer, who at four years old, is a bundle of joy and excitement. As a family, Kyle, Janessa, and Arianna are not only looking forward to serving the passionate youth and churches of this movement, but they hold an unwavering belief: this generation has the power and potential to turn the world upside down. With their combined experience, dedication, and fervor, the Thayers are set to make a significant impact in the lives of many.
